How LotCircle uses information for rooms, auctions, purchases, alerts, and support.

We process account details, room membership and roles, product and listing content, bids and maximum-bid instructions, auction history, messages, alerts, saved searches, feedback, handoff records, and general session and device context.
The installed app may register your device for alerts. Diagnostic details or screenshots are attached to feedback only when you choose to include them.
Store purchase information
Apple or Google processes the store transaction. RevenueCat helps LotCircle verify purchase and entitlement status. LotCircle receives an opaque account link, product, store, environment, transaction-reference hash, dates, price and currency when available, and lifecycle events. LotCircle does not receive your full card details.
We keep the minimum purchase, entitlement, Promotion Credit ledger, and Featured history needed to provide access, prevent duplicate delivery, handle reversals, support you, and maintain an auditable record. Store and RevenueCat processing is also governed by their privacy terms.
Use and visibility
Information is used to confirm identity and permissions, operate auctions and purchases, deliver requested messages and alerts, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide support, and maintain reliable history. It is not used to track you across unrelated apps.
Visibility follows the room and role rules shown in LotCircle. Private Support conversations are visible only to the person asking for help and the designated support administrator.
Retention and your choices
Account and optional alert settings can be managed in Account. Auction, safety, billing, entitlement, credit, promotion, and audit records may remain when needed to preserve trust, provide purchased access, prevent duplicate delivery, support reversals, or meet legal obligations.
