Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use LotCircle only through your own account. Room roles and permissions apply only inside that room.
We may restrict access when needed to protect people, account integrity, retained auction evidence, or legal obligations.
Auctions and handoff
Listings, accepted bids, timing, winner results, and auction history are retained for auction integrity. Do not manipulate bidding, impersonate another person, or submit misleading product information.
Auction payment, escrow, inspection, shipping, collection, and delivery remain private arrangements between the seller and winner. LotCircle does not process them.
Seller subscription and Promotion Credits
The seller subscription is a monthly digital purchase that removes standard room and active-auction limits while entitled. It renews through Apple or Google until cancelled in the originating store. The local store price and confirmed period shown at purchase are authoritative.
Promotion Credits are optional consumable purchases. One credit gives 24 hours of clearly labelled Featured eligibility, does not guarantee views, bids, or a sale, never expires after verified delivery, has no cash value, and cannot fund bids or auction payment. Store refund and reversal rules apply.
Content, changes, and contact
Only share content you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or privacy-invasive material, or bypass access and moderation controls.
Material changes should appear with an updated effective date. Questions can be emailed to [email protected] or sent through private Support chat.
