Rooms, Auctions, and Lots
LotCircle is a platform for recurring auctions within public or private Rooms. A Room is an ongoing auction community. An Auction is a catalogue within that Room. A Lot is the complete unit offered in an Auction, whether it contains one object, multiple units, a bundle, or a pallet.
Every bid is for the whole Lot in its stated currency. Quantity describes the contents; it does not multiply the bid or create separate winners. Each Lot has its own bidding, timing, result, and any winner handoff. Review its description, condition, quantity, media, location, and organizer terms before bidding.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use LotCircle only through your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through that account unless you report unauthorized access.
Room access, organizer controls, and bidding permission apply to each room separately. Access to one room never grants access to another. Share private room information only with bidders authorized to see it.
Auctions, bids, and handoff
Organizers must describe each Lot and its terms accurately and have the right to offer its contents. Place only bids you intend to honor. Do not manipulate bidding, impersonate another person, interfere with timing, or submit unlawful or misleading content.
LotCircle records accepted bids, timing, Lot results, and winner handoff. Cancelling a private maximum stops future automatic bids; it does not withdraw bids already accepted. The organizer and winning bidder arrange payment, inspection, collection, shipping, delivery, or ownership transfer directly. LotCircle does not collect auction payments, hold funds, or process or guarantee those arrangements.
Organizer Pro
Organizer Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple or Google. The price, billing period, and renewal terms shown by the originating store apply. Manage or cancel your subscription through that store. Deleting your LotCircle account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Free organizing includes 1 Room, 1 active Auction, 10 active Lots, and 20 accepted bidders per Room, excluding the organizer. Organizer Pro removes these standard capacity limits while active. It does not change access, bidding, or safety rules. If access ends, existing work remains available and new actions that exceed the free limits may be restricted.
LotCircle charges no commission, listing, joining, or bidding fees. Organizer Pro is optional and paid. Winning bidders remain responsible for their winning Lot amount and any costs agreed with the organizer.
Content and conduct
Only share content you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or privacy-invasive material, or attempt to bypass room access and moderation controls.
We may restrict access when needed to protect bidders, account integrity, auction evidence, or legal obligations. Removing or blocking access does not rewrite bids, outcomes, or safety records.
Changes and contact
Features may change as LotCircle improves. Material changes to these terms will appear with an updated effective date. Availability cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, connection failure, or events outside reasonable control.
